<p><strong><u>Knowledge and Skills </u></strong></p>

<p><strong>Technical &amp; Project Management</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of upstream oil &amp; gas exploration, field development, operations &amp; maintenance and asset integrity.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Nigerian regulatory environment and local content laws (e.g., NOGICD Act).</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and apply industry standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.) in engineering and operational design.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Community Engagement</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated success in managing community relations in sensitive environments, particularly the Niger Delta.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills.</li>
<li>Track record of obtaining government/regulatory approvals in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Organizational Competence</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Exceptional leadership, team-building, and decision-making capabilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure, adapt to evolving project dynamics, and manage competing priorities.</li>
<li>Commercial acumen with the ability to optimize costs while maintaining safety and quality.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>A Bachelor&
39;s degree in Science, Engineering or a related discipline.</li>
<li>A Master&
39;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in the upstream oil &amp; gas industry with at least 7 years in a senior project leadership role.</li>
<li>Proven experience delivering major brownfield, well intervention, or facility rehabilitation projects in Nigeria or similar environments.</li>
<li>Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., COREN, SPE, PMI, NSE) is preferred.</li>
<li>Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable</li>
