<b><b>Job Duties</b></b></p>

<ul>
<li>Under broad direction, supervises facility and support services personnel engaged in property management; Health, Safety, &amp; Environment (HSE), and Human Resources (HR) functions.</li>
<li>Implements and executes of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards and processes for facility (s).</li>
<li>Promotes efficiency gains across departmental lines within responsible facilities.</li>
<li>Responsible for overall facility maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintains competency management processes.</li>
<li>Safeguards facility assets.</li>
<li>Reports and executes facility related Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI).</li>
<li>Leads and promotes service quality, safety, and environmental issues at facilities (Performance Improvement Initiative - &quot;PII&quot;).</li>
<li>Coordinates implementation support of business processes across Produce Services Line (PSL) and Business Development (BD) lines.</li>
<li>Job role is responsible for measurable assets such as a department budget and a staff of 10-25.</li>
<li>Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration or similar discipline and 7 or more years of experience overseeing administrative and/or support services in the engergy services industry which includes experience in a PSL of the Company and/or support services functions in field locations.</li>
<li>Job role requires a detailed technical knowledge of company systems and standards, and company-required training programs.</li>
<li>Significant related work experience may be substituted in-lieu of undergraduate degree.</li>
