Manages the work order and maintenance tracking systems. Responsible for establishing survey and inspection programs. Maximizes the utilization of maintenance resources, responsible for spare part strategy. Ensures warranty issues are resolved. Participates in the preparation of the maintenance budget, providing cost estimates for the projects; monitors costs against budget. Supports turnaround activities; assists in development of critical path plans and budgets. Provides information for weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Ongoing communication with operations management and procurement staff. <br><br><b> How You'll Make an Impact </b><br><br><ul><li> Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for all site operations assigned. </li><li> Gamesa field staff and customer personnel via Enterprise-Resource-Planning System; create daily/weekly work plans for site teams as required. </li><li> Oversees completion of site administration according to performance standards agreed (on schedule, at requisite quality level, on-budget). </li><li> Assumes economic responsibility, e.g. calculates material, personnel, and running contract costs for suppliers. </li><li> Represents the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer and team). </li><li> Coordinates contractors before and during execution of work. </li><li> Establishes efficient methods/processes for site controlling and reporting. </li><li> Monitors compliance to standards, regulations, laws, quality and EHS guidelines. </li><li> Leads qualified employees in one functional team. </li></ul><br><b> Who is Siemens Gamesa? </b><br><br> Siemens Gamesa is part of Siemens Energy, a global leader in energy technology with a rich legacy of innovation spanning over 150 years.
