Coil Tubing Supervisor

<p>1.?Lead and supervise coil tubing operations for well interventions in horizontal wells,<br />
2.Can plan &amp; execute cleanout operation post multi-stage plug-n-perf frac completion completed using dissolvable plugs<br />
3.Have enough experience working with 1.75&quot; &amp; 2&quot; OD Coil for plug milling, cleanout &amp; well intervention jobs<br />
4.Design and validate BHA Configuration (mills, jetting nozzles, motors, agitation tools)<br />
5.Understands choke settings and manage drawdown to prevent any sand flowback during cleanout<br />
6.&nbsp;Can identify and advise the risk areas like stuck coil situation, plug remmants, sand in the lateral and implement contingency plans to mitigate the same<br />
7.Should have experience to ensure complete safety on surface with BOP, Strippers, Gate valve operation<br />
8.&nbsp;Can advise use of non-damaging fluid for cleanout operation<br />
9.Can maintain &amp; prepare cleanout logs, lessons learnt, SOP, checklist, coil fatigue<br />
10.Should be able to train the team during the operation.</p>
