Rig Superintendent (Onshore)

<p>The Rig Superintendent is the overall supervisor of the rig and camp and as such coordinates the work of the crews on the rig and the work of any additional rig workers or technicians who may be assigned to that rig. This position has to ensure the smoothness of rig operation by establishing a specific working program and controlling day to day field operation activities.</p>

<p>The requirements :</p>

<ul>
<li>Have 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry</li>
<li>Have min 5 years in the same position, preferably 3 years minimum on Geothermal Project</li>
<li>Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification</li>
<li>Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore operations (with min 1500 HP Operational Rig)</li>
<li>Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures</li>
<li>Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling</li>
<li>Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry</li>
<li>Legislative safe work practice knowledge</li>
<li>Proficient in English (written & oral) or have overseas experience will be an advantage</li>
