INTERNAL AUDITOR (Arabic Speaker)

<b>Department</b><br><br> INTERNAL AUDIT <br><br> <b>Primary Purpose of the Job</b><br><br><p>To participate in the individual audit assignment planning, execution, reporting, and follow ups of audit recommendations as per the approved audit plan and to conduct special reviews and fraud investigations as assigned. The purpose of the assignments is to provide objective and independent assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes in QatarEnergy and its subsidiaries I JVs.</p><p>Coordinating the State Audit Bureau (SAB) audits across the QatarEnergy group including QatarEnergy Non-Operated Assets.</p><br><br><b>Required Experience and Skills</b><br><br><li>Has a minimum of 3 years internal auditing experience, including 2 years industry experience.</li><li>Good command of English and Arabic languages and writing skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.</li><li>Skills in resolving audit and investigation related issues tactfully.</li><li>Analytical skills and good judgment.</li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.</li><li>Innovation and initiative.</li><li>Good interviewing skills</li><br><br><b>Educational Qualifications</b><br><br><li>A Bachelor's degree in an accounting, financial, engineering or other relevant discipline.</li><li>Valid membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Institute of Internal Auditors) is desirable.</li><li>Accounting or Auditing certification is beneficial.</li>
