SR. BUSINESS ANALYST

<b>Department</b><br><br> INTERNAL AUDIT <br><br> <b>Primary Purpose of the Job</b><br><br>a) Provide technical business application support and reporting services to the Internal Audit Department. This includes participate and provide technical support in risk assessment, annual planning, audit programs, contracting, project management, performance management and resource management. Act as business application champion and interface point between IT and IAD for advisory services, interdepartmental procedures and follow-up. b) Provide Data Analytics Technical support using Power BI and MS Excel. Act as technical expert in data extracting, transforming and loading dataset for analysis. Assist Auditors in developing dashboard for data discovery and presentation. This includes support existing Power BI model enhancement and maintenance related Audit management and Audit assignments.<br><br><b>Required Experience and Skills</b><br><br><li>Has a minimum of 3 years internal auditing experience, including 2 years industry experience.</li><li>Expert knowledge and hands-on expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, etc</li><li>Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.</li><li>Analytical skills and good judgment.</li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees.</li><li>Innovation and initiative.</li><li>Initiative, judgment, thoroughness and ability to maintain harmonious working relationships in a multinational team.</li><li>Good computer literacy including utilising MS office software (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other software applications, as necessary.</li><li>Ability to multi-task including meeting tight deadlines. This includes a knowledge of office and time management practices.</li><br><br><b>Educational Qualifications</b><br><br>1. A bachelor's degree in an Information management, accounting, financial, engineering, or other relevant discipline.2. Valid membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Institute of Internal Auditors) is desirable.3. Accounting or Auditing certification is beneficial.
