The position requires 80%+ travel to power plant sites internationally. <br><br> The Site Installation Engineer typically works in teams of two at the customer job site and owns the customer team by planning all installation activities related to the Gas Turbine scope of equipment. This means, among other things, advising job site logistics, plan the daily work, utilize technical drawings, participate in daily/weekly customer meetings, workforce planning and EHS governance for Siemens Energy related equipment. The Site Installation Engineer frequently interacts with the Siemens Energy project team in Sweden on progress reporting, technical support, and other relevant activities. <br><br> <b><br></b> <br><br> <b>How You'll Make an Impact </b> <br><ul><li> The company's face of the customer, while working on the customer job site. </li><li> Strive for a good customer relationship utilizing a positive and solution-oriented attitude. </li><li> Maintaining good progress in co-operation with both the customer team and Siemens Energy project team. </li><li> Reporting, keeping up to date documentations </li><li> Ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy procedures and EHS/Quality standards. </li></ul><br><b><br></b> <br><br> <b>What You Bring </b> <br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. </li><li> Experience in installation of gas turbines. </li><li> Experience working in the field within industry with focus on mechanical and/or electrical work. </li><li> Strong collaborator with expertise in risk management and adaptability. </li><li> Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn other software as needed. </li><li> Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% and proficient in English (verbal and written). </li><li> Ability to lead, leadership skills.
