E-COMM ASSOCIATE ADVISOR-FULFILLMENT CTR. 2nd Shift 12pm-1030pm

ASSOCIATE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Leadership Team with managing the daily operations of the specific departments for a particular shift. Ensuring efficient interaction between departments and facilitating smooth transitions between shifts, while continuously improving operations. Assist in supervising 15 to 40 hourly AutoZoners daily. Will work with the AutoZone Hub store operations. Also, security of the building includes opening and closing in lieu of the Advisor. Manage daily task assignments. Work closely with the Fulfillment Center Customer Service to fulfill all customer orders. Must be trained in all departments within the Fulfillment Center. Facilitate the new hire onboarding for their shift. REQUIREMENTS: · Must have exceptional people skills · Be able to supervise and coach a team to meet performance standards · Understand the demands of a fast-paced work environment involving receiving, stocking, inbound, outbound, replenishment, returns/recalls, cross-docking, transportation, etc. · Work in a team environment · Be flexible as to shift schedule PREFERRED: · Distribution/warehouse experience · Experience operating an RF gun · Leadership experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · This position requires you to have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and stooping, and using lifting techniques and move loads. · Constantly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, kneel, crouch, or crawl. · Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus · Ability to hear safety horns, PIE horns, pre-shift announcements/safety messages, and pages. · Ability to work in a Safety Sensitive environment (operation of PIE / heavy PIE traffic throughout the distribution center); moving conveyors, heights; always maintain awareness of surroundings, and quick reaction time to hazardous conditions are necessary AutoZone, and its subsidiary, ALLDATA, are equal opportunity employers.
