Responsibilities Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is adding a certified nurse midwife to our ob/gyn practice. Position Highlights: About Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital With 407 beds, this regional referral center features a modern facility built in 2010 and a newly-renovated 16 operating room suite The hospital is centrally located in the fastest growing county in the state of Tennessee on a beautiful 68-acre campus on the bustling “Medical Center Parkway” corridor with convenient access to dining and shopping areas. The hospital campus is currently undergoing a $110M expansion project, which includes the addition of 36 new high acuity beds, a parking garage dedicated to hospital employees and physicians, 18 new critical care unit beds, six additional NICU bassinets, 17 new post-surgery bays.
