OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (RFCC)

Supervise and control the shift operation of assigned units, implement daily instructions to meet the production targets and take appropriate decisions in the event of plant emergency. Provide support, leadership, and direction to his shift crew regarding daily operational activities. (PT: Product treatment )</p>

</p><p><b>NAME</b></p><p><b>FUNCTION</b></p><p>Light Naphtha MEROX Unit</p><p>To sweeten the RFCC light naphtha</p><p>LPG MEROX Unit</p><p>To remove H2S and RSH from the cracked LPG from RFCC</p><p>LPG Catalytic Polymerization Unit</p><p>LPG Hydrogenation unit</p><p>To produce polymerate from cracked LPG</p><p>To hydrogenate unconverted LPG to reduce olefin content</p><p>Heavy Naphtha hydrofinishing unit</p><p>To desulfurise the RFCC heavy naphtha and to boost the Octane No.</p><p>LCO Hydrotreating Unit</p><p>To hydrotreat LCO along with SRGO</p><p> </p>

</p><br><br><b>Required Experience and Skills</b><br><br>
<ul>
<li>8 Years of operations experience in Refinery with 3 years of experience in supervisory level.</li>
<li>High degree of oral and written English.</li></ul>

<li>Able to generate reports and use customized software.</li></ul>
<p>

<ul>
<li>Strong leadership skills, quick troubleshooting skills, decisiveness, sharp analytical and computer skills.</li></ul>

<li>Ability to interact and coordinate positively within & other departments in a direct and professional manner.</li></ul><br><br><b>Educational Qualifications</b><br><br>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.</li></ul>
