<p style=''text-align: justify;''>The MTH Leader position is part of the Topsides Engineering team in the LIFEX department.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>LIFEX department is managing all Debottlenecking Projects and Life extension Projects. The MTH Leader focuses on FPSO TOPSIDES engineering</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>matters in a Brownfield context.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>LIFEX project Budget: ~ 1000 MUSD for GIRASSOL / ~ 1000 MUSD for DALIA</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>Project duration: 2 to 3 years</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''><strong>Activities</strong></p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>The MTH Lead is responsible for the supervision, control and proper coordination of all Mechanical Rotating Equipment engineering works</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>related with pumps, blowers, compressors, etc including Basic and Detailed engineering works for Lifex Project or other debottlenecking project</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>in PBF. The MTH Lead shall:</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>1. Supervise and guide FPSO Basic / EPCI Contractors for all aspects of the discipline for Dalia or other FPSO Debottlenecking.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>2. Supervise and guide CFT Tenderers / EPC Contractors for all aspects of MTH discipline considered as part of Dalia Phase 4, new CFM</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>module in Dalia Closed Flare, or any other topic related with CFTs to be launched by the department.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>He/she shall ensure that SOR, Project Specifications and Procedures, TOTALENERGIES General Specifications and international codes are well</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>followed for the design of the modifications/integrations to be performed in the frame of the Projects. The activities include in particular:</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>1. Detailed Design review: Produce comment in due time, explain to Contractor and follow up the implementation.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>2. Review, propose and approve answers to possible technical queries related to his/her discipline</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>3. Interfaces between disciplines: Inform engineering leader and liaise with other discipline involved</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>4. Interfaces between packages: in liaison with interface leader, provide assistance with regards to interfaces between packages when</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>related to his/her discipline.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>5. Meeting: keep regular and good quality communication with his/her counterpart(s) on Contractor's side and put in place technical</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>meetings to follow up progress, explain main comments, and provide guidance etc...</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>6. Reporting to Engineering Leader with regards to his/her discipline: main technical issue, area of concern, progress, quality etc Propose</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>mitigation measures when drift is noticed.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>7. Assist Engineering Leader with review of possible change orders, planning constraints etc when related to his/her discipline.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>8. Participate on technical evaluations process.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>9. VENDORS and SUPLIERS follow-up.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>10. Testing assistance.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>11. FAT assistance.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>12. On top of that also:</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>a) Get HQ support when necessary. Ensure lessons learnt from previous project is well integrated in the project for his/her discipline.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>b) To monitor MTH discipline studies during engineering (technical, costs, planning, interfaces, reporting).</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>c) Contribute to the evaluation of engineering, procurement, construction, installation and review/approval of deliverables from the</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>design contractor.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>d) Participate in the technical evaluations of the bids.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>e) Propose design optimizations when possible</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>f) The position requires to be informed of all engineering, procurement, fabrication activities.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>g) To perform or supervise all the Mechanical calculations / analysis when required.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>h) To provide the answers and the documents needed to answer the PR points related to the discipline.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>i) ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he is managing or interfacing with. To</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>guarantee the compliance on his/her activities.</p>

<p style=''text-align: justify;''>j) ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.</p>
