Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.<br><b><b>Job Duties</b></b><br><ul><li>Under broad direction, organizes, coordinates and supervises the activities involved in maintaining, operating and repairing cement bulk plants and cement bulk equipment according to Halliburton Management System procedures.</li><li>Ensures materials are charged in a timely manner with respect to the Sales Order/Invoice and according to Procurement policies.</li><li>Maintains and tracks inventory of parts, supplies and products.</li><li>Recruits bulk plant staff.</li><li>Trains and mentors the bulk plant team.</li><li>Schedules team member's time off and work schedules.</li><li>Communicates and manages the implementation of applicable PSL / Regional initiatives.</li><li>Performs applicable performance and competency assessments, and disciplinary activities as necessary up to and including termination proceedings with collaboration from Human Resources.</li><li>Promotes and ensures all applicable Halliburton Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures and regulations are adhered to by all personnel.</li><li>Continuously evaluates the service quality of delivered services, including tracking applicable performance metrics, and applies findings to improve HSE performance, improve the utilization of equipment and personnel, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.</li><li>A high school diploma or similar education and 2 years bulk plant or field operations experience required.</li><li>Training in equipment maintenance and knowledge of field experience and or bulk plant operations is required.</li><li>Basic Oilfield Math and Cementing required.</li><li>Strong math skills are needed for figuring cement blends and additive amounts.</li><li>Computer skills at moderate experience level for tracking procedures and inventory required.</li><li>Previously demonstrated leadership skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required.</li><li>Ability to multitask and re-prioritize as required.</li><li>Possession of a Forklift license/certification preferred.</li></ul><br><b><b>Qualifications</b></b><br><br><b>Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
