&bull; Perform and oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), particularly Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Testing.<br style=''box-sizing: border-box;'' />
&bull; Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the execution of structural steelworks.<br style=''box-sizing: border-box;'' />
&bull; Lead and manage site teams, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.<br style=''box-sizing: border-box;'' />
&bull; Communicate effectively with site management and stakeholders in fluent English.</div>

<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>10+ years experience</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Proven experience in structural steel assembly on construction projects.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Hands-on experience with NDT techniques, especially Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Inspection.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Strong knowledge of quality control procedures in structural steelwork.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Excellent team leadership and coordination skills in a construction environment.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Fluency in English (spoken and written).</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Immediate availability is preferred.</li>
