<b>Primary Purpose of the Job</b></p>

<p>Responsible for the environment engineering and compliance, associated with the onshore scope greenfield and brownfield, and provide technical inputs to the detail engineering design, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning of the onshore facilities in compliance with environmental standards and regulations mainly for Oil &amp; Gas Project. This position will fully support the project and focus on the successful execution of the project on time, within budget and in accordance with the agreed project requirements, specifications and standards.</p>

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in environmental engineering in Oil &amp; Gas Industry with an Oil &amp; Gas Company or Consultant/Contractor, preferably in major greenfield project&
39;s.</li>
<li>Experienced in management and coordination all project environmental interfaces with third parties and external authorities.</li>
<li>Experienced in developing and endorsing environmental/HSE specifications and participating in HSE/Environmental studies in particular of HAZID, EIA, ENVID, HIRA, and other environmental (modelling/dispersion) studies.</li>
<li>Experienced in international HSE/Environmental regulatory requirements, codes, standards, industry best practices and company specifications and standards.</li>
<li>Experienced in developing and review Operation or Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP), Waste Management Plan (WMP), Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plan and associated environmental procedures.</li>
<li>Familiar with the impact assessment of different process systems and subsystems in the surrounding onshore environment associated with drilling, construction, transportation, installation, commissioning, operation and decommissioning.</li>
<li>Experienced with the assessment of environmental risks associated with decommissioning, abandonment and demolishing existing facilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency on skills of effective communication, presentation and Conflict Management Skills</li>
<li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining an overview of the critical technical issues and risks.</li>
<li>Ability to recognize technical issues and elevate to project management.</li>
<li>Strong team player with excellent collaborative approach, Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to identify engineering risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.</li>

<li><b>Educational Qualifications</b></li>

<li>B.Sc. of Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering a from of a recognized University.</li>
<li>Membership of a recognized professional engineering HSE association/institution is preferable.</li>
