Operations Readiness Manager

<b>Qualification<br><br>'- Bachelor degree or HND/HNC or equivalent in Engineering preferred, or discipline specific qualification (Electrical, Mechanical Rotating, Mechanical Static, and Instrumentation).<br>- The ideal candidate applies professional production, engineering, construction, project management, operational management and project delivery principles, practices, and techniques to ensure Operational Readiness.<br></b>- Minimum of 15 years in Upstream Offshore Oil and Gas Facilities  and specifically in areas of production, maintenance and asset integrity management, quality and technical assurance systems. <br> - Seasoned operations professional with at least 10 years on site experience in production/maintenance(OIM), project execution, field start-ups, and commissioning;<br> - Extensive involvement in Project/Facilities Engineering or Operations work;<br> - Experienced in implementing OR&A programs for an oil & gas Operator;<br> - Experienced in development of operations & technical integrity related documents/manuals/procedures/guidelines.<br> - Knowledge of and experience in
