Þtails Department: Adult Psych Schedule: Full Time Nights; 36 hours per week; Will work E/3rd weekend. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral health patient care. Assist patients with performing activities of daily living. Provide or assist with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions. Observe and record patient behavior and activities. Report any changes in condition and suggest modifications to the treatment plan. Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
