: </b>30937 <br> <b>Contract type: </b>Permanent <br> <b>Language requirements: </b>Basic knowledge of English and/or German <br><br> As a subsidiary of the global active Eni group, the Hungarian Branch of Enilive Austria GmbH is very well established on the Hungarian oil market. <br><br> We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented <b>Lubes Sales Coordinator and Non-Lube Purchasing Referent</b> to oversee and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and the procurement of non-lubricant materials and supplies. <br><br> <b>Main responsibilities</b>: <br><ul> <li> Administration of orders and confirmations (recording in SAP) </li> <li> Communication with customers, warehouse and other internal departments (via phone and email) to support the work of sales colleagues </li> <li> Processing the invoice and dunning process </li> <li> Cataloging and organizing partner contracts and clients' data </li> <li> Handling and investigation of customers' complaints </li> <li> Supporting activities to increase customer satisfaction </li> <li> Managing office supplies and consumables </li></ul><br> <b>Skills and experience required</b>: <br><ul> <li> Completed secondary education </li> <li> Minimum 1-3 years of working experience </li> <li> Experience with a similar job is an advantage </li> <li> Basic MS Office skills (particularly Excel) </li> <li> Knowledge of ERP systems </li> <li> Excellent communication and problem-solving skills </li> <li> Responsible, independent work </li> <li> Basic knowledge of English and/or German </li></ul><br> <b>How to apply</b>: <br><ul> <li> Applications are only accepted through our online application system. </li> <li> Please upload your CV in Hungarian or English. </li></ul><br> <b>About Eni</b> <br><br> Eni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
