Senior Plastic Tooling Engineer

l To lead Tool Concerned Activities and involve in the metal parts industrialization at the different stages of PMP l Feasibility study for the metal parts industrialization for example the tool and part cost estimation l Support design team for parts optimization as DFM, Material selection… l Finalize tool specifications, participate in the supplier selection for tool making & parts production from technical view l Support purchaser for the negotiation with supplier to realize maximum saving for tool and part cost l Follow tools develop and manage supplier sample submission to meet project TTM l Support supplier to optimize process for tool trial l Qualify molds and transfer molds to plants for production 资格 Education: University degree in Engineering. Job Related Experience: Tool design & manufacturing Knowledge in optimization of Tools conditions Good experience on using CAD software Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in English.
