We are looking for an experienced Supplier Operations Specialist with a positive mindset who wants to develop their career!<br> <br> Region NCE > Customer Project Execution > Crane & Installation Supplier Management Onshore</b><br> <br> The Construction Supplier & Resource Management (CS&RM) Department is an established function within the Installation & Commissioning Department at CPX Vestas Northern and Central Europe. The Crane & Installation Supplier Management Department ensures efficient operation of crane and installation suppliers in construction projects.<br> <br> <b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li>Monitor and improve the performance of crane & installation suppliers in onshore construction projects.</li> <li>Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity of site operations.</li> <li>Address critical supplier performance issues promptly to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Facilitate lessons learned and verify the effectiveness of improvements implemented by suppliers.</li> <li>Build and maintain reliable relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Project and Site Management, Procurement).</li> <li>Report to leadership teams about supplier performance and improvements.</li> </ul><br><b>Qualifications</b><br> <ul> <li>Degree in business or engineering.</li> <li>Experience in construction project management, operations, and project execution.</li> <li>Experience in construction supplier management and sourcing.</li> <li>Knowledge of statistics and data techniques for supplier performance.</li> <li>Ability to supervise projects and initiatives with engagement of various stakeholders.</li> <li>Understanding of wind turbines and construction processes</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> </ul><br><b>Competencies</b><br> <ul> <li>Team-oriented professional with solid independent judgment and forward-thinking approach.</li> <li>Highly motivated, action-oriented, and committed to finishing tasks and targets with a problem-solving mindset.</li> <li>Skilled communicator, capable of working effectively with suppliers and stakeholders at all business levels.</li> <li>Proficient in delivering engaging and clear presentations to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Effective in addressing issues and resolving conflicts.</li> </ul><br><b>What we offer</b><br> We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at a global wind turbine producer.
