Fixed-term, 28/28 rotational contract<br><b>Language requirements: </b>Fluent in French and English<br><br>At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Process Engineer </b>within <b>Groupement Eni Sonatrach</b> in <b>Algeria</b>. You will provide technical assistance to the Head of Operations to safely achieve production, storage, shipment and reinjection programs for hydrocarbon products.<br><br>Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).<br><br><b>Main responsibilities</b>:<br><ul> <li>Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up operations, and the preparation of procedures for new installations.</li> <li>Analyse all data and determine actions to be taken (corrective measures, optimisation proposals, improvements) to identify opportunities to increase production and process operability.</li> <li>Participate in HAZOP and HAZID studies for process modification proposals.</li> <li>Write specifications for ordering materials and services and respond to various technical offers.</li> <li>Participate in the diagnosis and analysis of incidents.</li> <li>Prepare schedules and monitor planned revisions and shutdowns.</li> <li>Prepare shutdown and start-up procedures and establish permanent instructions and procedures.</li> <li>Participate in studies for performance improvements, optimisation and the resolution of technical operational problems.</li> <li>Participate in unit modification studies.</li> <li>Prepare training programmes (processes and safety) for operations agents.</li> <li>Attend safety meetings and emergency drills with operations personnel to ensure their alertness in case of emergency.</li> <li>Manage documentation and archives related to the position.</li> <li>Participate in establishing safety rules and instructions, and ensure compliance.</li> <li>Collaborate in the study of potential hazards and ensure preventive measures.</li> <li>Conduct activities in a healthy and safe operational environment.</li> <li>Respect the GSA HSE policy and ensure its implementation in activities within your competence and authority.</li> <li>Report any anomalies, incidents, accidents and HSE non-compliance to the hierarchy.</li> <li>Propose any suggestions for improving the HSE approach to the hierarchy.</li></ul><br><b>Skills and experience required</b>:<br><ul> <li>University degree (Bac+5) in Refining, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Extensive experience in the relevant field.</li> <li>Training in control systems, rotating machinery, ESD and process simulation.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of unit processes.</li> <li>Mastery of HSE standards and procedures.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li> <li>Strong management skills in a multicultural environment.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, synthesis, and proactive abilities.</li> <li>Demonstrated initiative and anticipation skills.</li></ul><br><b>How to apply</b>:<br><ul> <li>Applications are only accepted through our online application system.</li> <li>Please upload your CV in <b>English</b>.</li></ul><br><b>About Eni</b><br><br>Eni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
