TAR MATERIALS CO-ORDINATOR</p>

Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator is seeking an experienced TAR Materials Co-ordinator to join their team in Aberdeen. This is an 18 Month contract role (PAYE or Limited Company)</p>

Scope of Work:</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Reporting to TAR Lead</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Lead material management for major workscopes, inclusive of the asset planned 2025 &amp; 2026 outages, large maintenance campaigns and specific projects.</p>
<p>
Work with SPA's to extract the material requirements for workscopes</p>
<p>
Build, maintain and report (to all relevant stakeholders) comprehensive materials &amp; 3rd party equipment readiness tracker</p>
<p>
Expedite the raising of requisitions and inventory reservations </p>
<p>
Expedite material &amp; equipment PO deliveries with assistance of Buyers</p>
<p>
Cataloguing for any new Item Master requirements </p>
<p>
Receipt &amp; issue PO deliveries and inventory reservations to Hold for shipping as per shipment plan</p>
<p>
Bag, tag, box, label, containerise at warehouse, with labels corresponding to materials readiness tracker</p>
<p>
Ensure that PUWER documentation is completed and accurate, and 3rd party inspection is carried out where necessary on 3rd party equipment prior to shipment</p>
<p>
Arrange deliveries to load out point in line with the agreed TAR phased shipping plan</p>
<p>
Execute &amp; communicate backload plan to platform </p>
<p>
Ensure that all 3rd party equipment is returned to vendors timeously and any warehouse returns are returned to inventory</p>
<p>
Stand-in for leave periods for OMC and mobilise offshore during execution to lead material management where required.</p>
<p>
Support materials control process upgrades and initiatives.</p>
