ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR

<p>Scope of the SERVICE:<br />
The scope of the SERVICE consists in coordinating and supervising all aspects of any kind of Electrical / Instrumentation works, executed by contractors on Company oil and gas installations, to execute COMPANY&
39;S Request for Modifications (RFM), Work Order (WO), or a Project.<br />
The SERVICE also guarantee that works are executed in accordance with COMPANY specifications, engineering drawings, construction procedures, safety and environmental rules and good industrial practices.<br />
This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following parts:</p>

<p>Technical SERVICES:<br />
To ensure that all required HSE safety measures have been taken prior starting the work.<br />
To ensure continuously that the workplace is safe as well as the work procedure.<br />
To ensure that works start and continue in compliance with HSE Company specifications and procedures.<br />
To ensure the reliability and consistency of technical Information on site.<br />
To prepare works permits of the disciplines.<br />
To liaise with maintenance discipline in the preparation and supervision of delicate or risky field operations.<br />
To give clear instructions and a responsibility to enable Contractor&
39;s personal to perform their job safely.<br />
To anticipate potential problems and predict degraded situations. Proactive detection of potential problems/issues<br />
To ensure delivery schedule and planning of the work are met.<br />
To optimize Team efficiency to meet planning milestones and deadlines.<br />
To manage and supervise numerous E&amp;I activities simultaneously including new Projects and Modifications repairs on existing plant.<br />
To guarantee the good realization of work in respect of the procedures, specifications, safety and environmental protection.<br />
To ensure that Scaffolds are constructed and maintained in line with procedure and that a register of structures erected is maintained</p>

<p>Inspection and Control SERVICES:<br />
To inspect and control of the WORK execution in all respects to the procedures, specifications, particularly safety and environmental protection.<br />
To participate in the technical operational analysis, audits and Inspections.<br />
To regularly inspect Contractor equipment and Tools to ensure it is maintained fit for intended service operations.</p>

<p>Communication SERVICES:<br />
To assure liaison with vendors and contractors&
39; representative for site survey and work visits.<br />
To assure liaison with staff accountable for HSE, cons and planning.<br />
To participate in the technical operational analysis, audits and inspections.<br />
To participate to regular progress coordination meetings and shutdown preparation meetings.<br />
To maintain good relationship with the Contractors, Maintenance and Production staff, to make necessary arbitration and find solutions to resolve technical or other difficulties.<br />
To act as interface between Construction / Maintenance / Production for handover of new / modified work.</p>
