The Service Administrator is responsible for communicating with customers to ensure there is a clear understanding of the needs and expectations for each installation, repair or service project. Additionally, the service advisor works closely with the Service Manager, Service Administrator, & Service Foreman in creating documentation in SAP and coordinating scheduling of product and available labor..
