<b>Primary Purpose of the Job</b></p>

<p>Supervise a multidisciplined (M, I, E) team of technicians who perform Campaign activities, or who perform Asset Maintenance activities. Supervise and administer technicians within their same discipline for training and development of their skills as well as routine administrative duties.</p>

<p><b>Required Experience and Skills</b></p>

<p>Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years&
39; experience in O&amp;G production operations, or Mechanical systems or in similar industry.</p>

<p>Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.</p>

<p>Ability to set and implement operational objectives, drive performance and foster a performance culture.</p>

<p>Highly motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive mindset.</p>

<p>Ability to work with large teams in a complex and multicultural environment. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills</p>

<p>Fluent in written and spoken English.</p>

<p>Computer literate in both MS Office suite and SAP CMMS.</p>

<p><b>Educational Qualifications</b></p>

<p>Minimum Higher National Degree and preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</p>
