We ensure that we have the right project management processes, tools and training to support our project managers and their teams.</li> <li>We assist our organization to realize its projects and initiatives by securing a common project management framework, approach and support of systems and tools.</li> <li>We develop, produceand maintain project management processes, tools, templatesand training.</li> <li>We support and train our project managers in execution of their projects.</li> <li>We focus on quality in project management and daily project tasks.</li> <li>We secure project managers have a voice and place to embed best practices into our framework, processesand tools.</li> <li>We want to make it transparent, simple, and easy for project managers and project teams to accomplish projects.</li> </ul><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li>Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensuring the continuous assessment, measurement, and preservation of business value in delivered solutions</li> <li>Ensure stakeholder engagement through data-centered product development and lifecycle</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to design, develop, implement, and maintain products, ensuring their consistent release and measurement</li> <li>Implement tools and frameworks to measure the efficiency of our solutions, collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and business units to define requirements</li> <li>Collaboration with business units on backlog and features prioritization</li> <li>Understanding of AI trends and how could those enhance the organization's project management framework</li> <li>Contribute to the team's best practices and standards.</li> </ul><br><b>Qualifications</b><br> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>Skilled in end-user acceptance testing and measurement</li> <li>Experience in efficient product release in similar roles within matrix organizations</li> <li>Proficient abilities in analyzing business requirements</li> <li>Effective collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders from different levels</li> <li>Proficiency in assessing value effectively</li> <li>Effective communication abilities</li> <li>Familiarity with efficiency measurement tools</li> <li>Knowledge of continuous improvement processes</li> </ul><br><b>Competencies</b><br> <ul> <li>People oriented</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proficient at solving problems and paying attention to details</li> </ul><br><b>What We Offer</b><br> <br>We provide a job with great opportunities for professional and personal growth in an inspiring environment at the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
