R/E WORKSHOP ENGINEER

<b>Primary Purpose of the Job</b></p>

<p>Supervise and coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, testing and preventive maintenance for Rotating Equipment from field operations and within the workshops, in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner, to ensure they are fit for service and meet all quality specifications using the appropriate codes and standards.</p>

<b>Required Experience and Skills</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Minimum 10 years&
39; experience in O&amp;G production operations, or mechanical systems or in similar industry, including 5 years in a supervisory or Senior Technician position.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.</p>

<p>Ability to set and implement operational objectives, drive performance and foster a performance culture.</p>

<p>Highly motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive mindset.</p>

<p>Ability to work with large teams in a complex and multicultural environment. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.</p>

<p>Fluent in written and spoken English.</p>

<p>Computer literate in both MS Office suite and SAP CMMS.</p>

<p>Minimum High National Degree and preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or Industry Experience.</p>
