SR. MARKETER (POLYMERS)

<b>Department</b><br><br> PETROCHEMICALS MARKETING <br><br> <b>Primary Purpose of the Job</b><br><br><p>Origination, marketing, and sales of polymer products representing the front face of QatarEnergy to global clients.</p><br><br><b>Required Experience and Skills</b><br><br><ul><li>At least 8-10 years of professional work experience in Polymers marketing, sales management, customer relationship management and managing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the Polymers industry.</li><li>Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets.</li><li>Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation. </li><li>Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to sales and marketing planning activities.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills. Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements</li></ul><br><br><b>Educational Qualifications</b><br><br><p>Bachelor's degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).</p>
