Þmonstrated practical proactive ergonomic strategic planning and execution. Skilled in project management and remote / virtual site support. Skilled in digital technology, programs, and solutions for ergonomics. Able to extract, evaluate data and provide leading lagging correlation and actions to address opportunities. Responsible to: Provide Ergonomic assistance and direction. Define and deploy NAM’s Ergonomic strategy. Develop trigger point Management Programs for sites. Assemble Ergonomic deployment team. Define and develop virtual training modules. Promote valuable practice sharing. Conduct assessments and assist sites as needed based on Ergonomics, SPS, EHSA and IMS. Align NAM strategy global and merge Ergonomics with MTM as applicable. In-depth knowledge on SPS Ergonomic guidelines. General knowledge on Safety and Environmental. Strong personal drive, leadership and self-management. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree on Safety or Ergonomics fields 10+ years of experience in industrial safety and ergonomics. Fluent in English Schedule: Full-time Req: 009A8I
