<b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities </b><br />

<b><b>Purpose</b> </b><br />
<br />
To undertake electronic entry of time into the payroll module to ensure accurate and timely entry of England &amp; Wales employee hours to enable correct remuneration payments to be processed.<br />
<br />
<b><b>Functions </b> </b><br />
<b><b>ESSENTIAL</b> </b><br />
<br />
&bull; Creates piping inspection work packs.<br />
<br />
&bull; Creates close visual inspection work packs.<br />
<br />
&bull; Creates inspection work requests.<br />
<br />
&bull; Inputs data into the PCMS.<br />
<br />
&bull; Controls the re-schedule of inspection work requests.<br />
<br />
&bull; Data input of inspection work packs.<br />
<br />
&bull; De-conflicts inspection work requests.<br />
<br />
&bull; Proactively work toward improving systems.<br />
<br />
&bull; Follow instructions, responds to management direction.<br />
<br />
<b><b>NON-ESSENTIAL</b> </b><br />

&bull; Any other ad-hoc requests as required.<br />

<b>Qualifications </b><br />
<br />
REQUIRED<br />
<br />
Good standard of education and computer literate, Engineering background / qualifications preferred. Previous knowledge and experience with database entry and management of systems<br />
<br />
<b><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics</b> </b><br />
<br />
- Experience of accurate entry of data is essential<br />
<br />
- Previous knowledge and experience using engineering databases with database entry and management of systems<br />
<br />
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure<br />
<br />
- Strong interpersonal skills - to communicate in a professional manner to a wide range of stakeholders<br />
<br />
- Must maintain confidentiality of employees related data and comply with GDPR rules<br />
<br />
- Good knowledge of business concepts, practices and procedures are preferable<br />
<br />
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br />
<br />
- Previous experience in SAP and Track systems would be beneficial<br />
<br />
- Proficient in Excel<br />
