Position Summary Purpose Performs warehouse operations, ensuring that all procedures and guidelines are followed with regard to the receipt and control of imported cargo. Duties & Responsibilities Functions ESSENTIALS • Supports logistical needs, considering the evolution of operations. • Receives cargo from outside, delivers it to the respective department and sends notices. • Identifies all the material received. • Daily updates the goods control (on the control map); • Identifies and prepares equipment / replacement materials to be sent according to service orders. • Supports the Logistics Coordinator in various tasks, as requested. Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. Supervisory Responsibilities • This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities. • Qualifications Qualifications REQUIRED • Academic qualifications at the level of the degree in International Relations. • Professional experience • Professional experience over 3 years. • Professional Qualifications / Knowledge • General and Multidisciplinary Technicians • Fluent Portuguese. • Fluent English • Computer skills from the user's perspective.
