Planning and scheduling testing activities Managing the test team and resources. Ensuring the quality and completeness of test deliverables. Reporting test progress and result to stakeholders. Identifying and mitigating risks related to testing. Exploring more advanced aspects of testing management Test automation to improve efficiency and coverage. Conduct performance testing to ensure the software meets performance requirements. Knowledge of Java Programming, LabVIEW and Visual Studio. Supervises the Test Engineering team consisting of Engineers and technicians. Manages the development, implementation and maintenance, calibration of test equipment for manufacturing of products to achieve cost effectiveness and product quality. Responsible in meeting test engineering department Test yield target, test equipment utilization. Provides detailed analysis on test report and acts on test problem encountered accordingly. Works closely with production and planning people to ensure meeting the required delivery schedules. Coordinates and work closely with product development teams to ensure design for testability of new products. Perform other duties that maybe assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Test Manager capacity, and work in PCBA manufacturing Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Leadership and organizational abilities Interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving attitude BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus. Excellent command of English language (oral and written). Able to train, coach and develop team members.
