Within VTO, you'll find our department, Electrical Engineering NCE, as part of RE&T NCE Lifecycle Engineering & PI.<br> Our department is responsible to support regional Service and Construction organizations with technical knowledge to install and operate Vestas Wind turbine generators efficiently. Our team consists of 14 highly experienced and engaged employees located in Germany, Denmark and Poland.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br> <ul> <li>Evaluating damages on main components and perform RCAs, give recommendations to Service organizations</li> <li>Identify, develop and validate technical improvement measures as part of the continuous improvement process</li> <li>Providing answers to technical questions to internal and external stakeholder</li> <li>Taking part in customer or supplier meetings and seminars</li> <li>Interface between Remote Operations Center, Service Organizations and R&D</li> <li>Ensure technical knowledge is shared within WTG Engineering & Support teams</li> </ul><br><b>Qualifications</b><br> <br>We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following qualifications:<br> <ul> <li>Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar</li> <li>Electrical engineering knowledge on electrical components and protection, e.g. switchgears transformers, generators, controls systems, converters and drives</li> <li>Experience in Microsoft Office applications</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly in English</li> </ul><br><b>Competencies</b><br> We see the ideal candidate possessing the following personality and competencies:<br> <ul> <li>Solid technical and analytical skills for root cause failure analysis and problem solving</li> <li>Customer oriented and the ability to understand the business value seen from a service and customer perspective</li> <li>Structured, team-focused, participative and accountable</li> <li>Highly motivated and goal-oriented candidate able to become part of a productive team</li> <li>Good and effective communicator</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel within NCE region</li> <li>Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily work under a demanding environment</li> </ul><br><b>What we offer:</b><br> We offer a rewarding job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, and international environment at the global leader of wind energy.<br> We value initiative, accountability and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions.
