Material Planner/ Buyer

Material management: Basic on Forecast to monitor demand/PO to vendor and prepare raw material before release PO to vendor. Ensure it meets the MRP requirements Place orders with right price, right L/T, right quantity based on requirements and forecast in MRP, SAP system. Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on delivery, quality, and service. Contact with supplier to ensure receiving goods right time & right quality. In case, material have quality issue I work with other department and vendor to clear it as rework/replacement. Improve supplier’s delivery and quality performance. Minimize materials freight expenses, control shipment on time to prevent Air cost in case urgent shortage. Ensure materials availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule through MRP execution, on-time delivery, and coordination of materials movement through receiving to production. Confirm and follow daily production plan to make sure production line smoothly. Inventory Management. Control Inventory basic on target defined and good receipt target, consumption target to make sure inventory protection happen. Control unhealthy stock to avoid excess and dead stock. Reduce inventory to increase cash flow of plant. Supplier Management In charge and Training to supplier for supplier performance and planning. SAM audit to supplier. Lead and improve OG supplier’s performance in terms of service, lead time and lot size. Control KPI, supplier performance: SOTD, OTDM - Quarterly review and find out solution with supplier in term of supplier performance and cooperation. Project Management OPC project transfer from plant to plant or new product. Control Forecast of new Project was sent out to supplier to prepare raw material advance. Partial of COV, QVE project with PE to find solution to saving cost for COGS in of material Qualifications Education: Degree in Industrial or Management Job Related Experience: Minimum 3 Years Business Understanding: Good understand with Schneider Products and Supply Chain Goals Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): SAP (MM), Microsoft office ,English, Good Analyst and Negotiation Schedule: Full-time Req: 0098H1
