J<b>ob Description: OT Team Manager</b><br><br> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br><br><ul><li>Provide technical leadership and direction for the organization by planning and implementing processes for Operational Technology (OT) systems.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for all OT systems, technologies, and supporting systems, including contracts, logins, manuals, procedures, diagrams, and instructions.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and test OT-related Incident Response plans for each company location.</li><li>Collaborate with OT vendors and service teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and communication issues across company assets.</li><li>Ensure the Engineering and Operations teams are effectively supported through OT systems and solutions.</li><li>Possess knowledge of various OT system protocols such as ICCP (Inter-Control Centre Protocol), DNP3 (Distributed Network Protocol 3), and Modbus.</li><li>Have working knowledge of communication technologies including fiber optics, 900 MHz serial, Ethernet radios, radio hubs, cable modems, cellular modems, and other devices.</li><li>Coordinate with the IT Department to ensure secure and operational communication between IT and OT systems.</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><br><br><ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience working with OT systems.</li><li>Proficient in OT systems, protocols, software, and technology.</li><li>Experience with various communication methods (wired, wireless, serial, radios, etc.).</li><li>Relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).</li></ul><br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Chemicals, Construction &amp; Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and&nbsp;Manufacturing&nbsp;sectors worldwide.
