Operations Manager - Service Excellence IMDS

We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.<br><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br>Plan, direct, or coordinate the local operations of the Inspection and Integrity Management Services as related to equipment and personnel required to support the overall area operations. Ensures the planning, mobilization and demobilization activities are efficiently and effectively directed and supported. <br><br><b>Functions</b> <br><br>&bull; Oversees location equipment readiness and availability. <br><br> &bull; Accountable for all personnel assignments in support of operations. <br><br> &bull; Accountable for all technician personnel training, regulatory compliance, and competency. <br><br> &bull; Collaborate with other Sr Ops Manager, Local Ops Manager, Local Project Managers, Equipment Manager and <br><br> &bull; Recruitment teams with crew evaluations, crew assignment and improvement opportunities. <br><br> &bull; Collaborate with functional groups within HR. <br><br> &bull; Establish, maintain and report KPIs as defined by Sr Operations Manager. <br><br> &bull; Assist Technical Support Lead, Product Manager and Commercial Manager in equipment selection, asset readiness profiles, cost for preparation estimates and other inputs required in the support of area projects. <br><br> &bull; M anages, mentors and coaches direct reports. <br><br> &bull; Actively communicate with functions to maintain and improve service level agreements. <br><br> &bull; Set local communication plans on initiatives and status through the organization. <br><br> &bull; Accountable for implementing initiatives regarding HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence . <br><br> &bull; Implements improvements/standardization targets from Sr Operations Manager and improves local processes for efficiency gains. <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><b>REQUIRED</b> <br><br>&bull; Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) <br><br> &bull; 8 - 10 years Energy industry experience in Operations Management <br><br> &bull; Business Acumen <br><br><b> Closing Statement </b><br><br>We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
