WELL SERVICES SUPERVISOR (6 MONTH PAYE CONTRACT ROLE / 3:3 ROTATION)</p>

POSITION SUMMARY:</p>
<p>
Responsible for the safe and efficient offshore execution of well intervention activities. This role covers all of the clients operated wells ensuring compliance with Well Intervention and Integrity Management Standards.</p>
<p>

<p>
ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p>
<p>
Ensures projects are delivered in full compliance with corporate policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements, and are executed safely and efficiently.</p>
<p>
Ensure adherence to detailed well intervention work procedures.</p>
<p>
Prepares and sends daily intervention report.</p>
<p>
Chairs daily offshore morning call with responsible onshore intervention engineer.</p>
<p>
Interfaces effectively with other offshore teams and offshore asset management e.g. OIM, Production Supervisor, construction, maintenance operations teams to efficiently deliver the well intervention scope.</p>
<p>
Ensure detailed operational risk assessments are reviewed, and risks are managed and mitigated as appropriate.</p>
<p>
Captures and closes out operational lessons learned and tracking of NPT events.</p>
<p>
Preparation of End of Well Reports. </p>
<p>
Responsible for the maintenance of well intervention records and ensuring that any changes to well status as a result of a well intervention are noted.</p>
<p>
Provides support to the Incident Management Team (IMT) in the event of a relevant incident.</p>
<p>
Responsible for ensuring risk assessments are reviewed and all required actions are closed out.</p>
<p>
Responsible for ensuring change is identified during operations and that the appropriate MOC standards are followed, and appropriate steps are taken.</p>

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>

<p>

<p>
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.</p>

Commercial awareness.</p>
<p>
HNC in engineering, technology or science discipline and considerable time served (min. 10 years) in a well intervention discipline.</p>
<p>
Considerable offshore experience in at least one well intervention discipline.</p>
<p>
Proven track record of successfully delivering well intervention operations and managing offshore well intervention teams.</p>
<p>
Experience of risk management techniques and processes.</p>
<p>
Good understanding of interventions from LWI vessels.</p>
<p>
Good understanding of Completion well design and execution.</p>
<p>
Experience of well integrity operations.</p>
<p>
Level 4 - IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control.</p>
