Requisition Title: Contract Field Operator<br> Description: Key Responsibilities:<br> &bull; Operate and Monitor Equipment: Oversee the operation of pumps, compressors, and other Midstream production equipment. Ensure all machinery is functioning correctly and efficiently.<br> &bull; Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety meetings.<br> &bull; Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.<br> &bull; Data Collection: Record and analyze production data. Use this information to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.<br> &bull; Environmental Stewardship: Ensure all operations comply with environmental regulations. Participate in initiatives to reduce environmental impact.<br> &bull; Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including equipment failures and environmental incidents. Participate in emergency response drills.<br> &bull; Team Collaboration: Work closely with other field operators, engineers, and management to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively and provide support as needed.<br> <br> Qualifications:<br> &bull; Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in oil and gas operations is preferred.<br> &bull; Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.<br> &bull; Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br> &bull; Certifications: Valid safety certifications (e.g., H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS) are required.<br> &bull; Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
