Construction Superintendent

<p>JOB PURPOSE (Why the position exists):<br />

The General Superintendent position exists to ensure the effective supervision, management, and execution of offshore construction operations. This role is critical to achieving seamless integration of policies, resources, and on-site activities, aligning with this companies strategic goals. It involves leading a team, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance, and ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.<br />

Reports to - Head, Offshore Construction<br />
<br />
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:<br />
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ mechanical engineering or equivalent.<br />
- Certified OCM by IMCA<br />
- More than 15 years as Offshore Construction Superintendent and overseeing offshore operations, including diving, ROV, survey, equipment management and marine spread coordination.<br />
- 8-10 years as Construction Manager in managing construction operations, and ensuring successful project delivery within planned time and budget.</p>

<p>- Strong in HSE and Quality Management and managing Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSE) for offshore construction.</p>

<p>- Effective communication skill with a proven track record of maintain strong relationship with internal teams, clients, contractors and regulatory bodies.<br />
- Expertise in integrating lesson learned and findings into processes for continuous improvement.</p>
