&bull; Unlimited Foreign Going Class I (Ship Masters) Certificate of Competency issued by or equivalent to United Kingdom Department of Transport. &bull; Updated knowledge of Shipping Business and Maritime law, Advanced Navigational systems, International Chamber of Shipping and Oil Companies International Maritime Forum Recommendations and ISGOTT.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; Previous recognized pilotage experience will be an added advantage. &bull; A sound in depth knowledge of various National and International Maritime Regulations and Legislations. &bull; Experience sufficient to acquire a Class I Certificate of Competence (minimum 10 years) together with experience in the oil and gas operations. Experience in other marine operations besides tankers is desirable. Examples of other desirable experience are: - General cargo, Heavy Lift Vessels, Rig moving, Chartering, Offshore Oil Operations, Marine Inspection, Investigation, Marine Consultancy etc.<br />
