<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
We are seeking a <b>Maintenance Planner</b> to join Eastern Region Terminal Maintenance Department.<br />
<br />
The Eastern Region Terminal Maintenance Department is responsible for performing Maintenance Planning & Scheduling activities at industrial area (crude tank farm) to preserve assets, ie. rotating equipment, structures, buildings, electrical equipment, substations, valves, etc.<br />
<br />
Your Primary role will be to perform all maintenance scheduling & planning functions which include routine maintenance, Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance types, in addition to planning for projects and T&I(what is T&I)</p>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Optimize plant reliability, workforce productivity and quality through planning and coordination of people, resources and spare parts materials.</li>
<li>Identify improvements for effective maintenance planning and execution.</li>
<li>Liaise with Line Maintenance, Engineering and Operations to incorporate maintenance initiatives and best practices.</li>
<li>Utilize scheduled downtime to undertake shutdown activities in line with established schedules and budgets.</li>
<li>Assist in budget forecasting.</li>
<li>Assist in maintenance strategy development and supporting documentation reviews</li>
</ul>

<b>Minimum requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>You must hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical Engineer Diploma or any maintenance craft program.</li>
<li>You will have a minimum of 15 years&
39; experience as a maintenance planner in hydrocarbon maintenance industry.</li>
<li>You will have planning skills that will ensure maintenance schedules are kept and effective utilization of resources are maintained.</li>
<li>Demonstrating full understanding of Maintenance KPI.</li>
<li>A demonstrated working knowledge of computer-based maintenance management system, such as SAP.</li>
<li>Experience in forecasting budgets, manage costs and report on performance to budget.</li>
