Material Preparator / Controller

<p>Position: Material Preparator / Controller</p>

<p>1. Experience: 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas and 1 years as construction or project manager.</p>

<p>2. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent</p>

<p>3. Relevant areas of expertise:</p>

<p>? Ensure that Material and pre-fabricated items reception, storage, preparation and delivery are done in line with Company referential, HSE rules including TOTAL E&P ANGOLA's SIM referential.</p>

<p>? Material procurement (anticipation as key factor)</p>

<p>? Logistics basic concept (gate fees, Equipment requisition process at Logisticbase, etc)</p>

<p>? Planning basic concept</p>

<p>? Interface Management / Stakeholder Management / Communication skills / reporting</p>

<p>? Preparation, monitoring and control of all necessary documentation related to entity activities (Procedures, Material tracking documentation...)</p>

<p>? Basic concept in Cause Tree Analyses / Return of experience / Job Risk Assessment / Kick Off Meeting</p>

<p>? Candidate must be rigorous, pro-active, keen to work with multiple entities outside his department</p>

<p>4. Knowledge of operational tools / systems / programs</p>

<p>? SAP</p>

<p>? Microsoft office software's (Words, excel, PowerPoint......)</p>

<p>? Electronic Documentation management software (PRODOM or similar) -> Nice to have</p>

<p>5. Language</p>

<p>? English</p>

<p>? Portuguese</p>
