<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Controls and manages Waste Water Treatment Plant, Nitrogen plant, Incinerator, Diesel receiving, storage and distribution. Controls and manages logistic activities at Halul such as jetty operations receive and dispatch of material and equipment to / from main land; spare parts storage and inventory for operations and all maintenance trades; all QP owned vehicles and heavy equipment preventive and corrective maintenance at Halul vehicles workshop. Responsible for Land lease of Halul Island and allocates all Lay down area and offices for contractors and Joint Ventures; also responsible for accounting of their back charges for land lease and consumption of diesel and fresh water.<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
&bull; Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent with very high communication and managerial skills.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; Must have a good command of English language. &bull; Knowledge of the computer and its applications is a must. &bull; Membership of a professional engineering body is preferable. &bull; Good knowledge of Static Plant Maintenance jobs. &bull; Knowledge of ISO 9001-14001 &amp;18001 Quality Management Systems. &bull; Knowledge of Materials and Logistics Management. &bull; Thorough knowledge of Utility Operations. &bull; A minimum of 15 years experience of which at least 10 years in a Trade Supervisory position followed by a further 5 years in a multi-discipline position with varied maintenance experience in a similar Offshore Oil and Gas Environment.<br />
