<li>Champion HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Provide overall management of the PMC group, excluding day-to-day task allocation, focusing on staffing qualified personnel for successful project execution.</li>
<li>Align project objectives with client expectations, ensuring consistent communication and delivery exceeding client standards.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide contract leadership teams, offering strategic advice and resolving complex issues to maintain progress.<br />

<li>Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline</li>
<li>Minimum 20 years experience in Oil &amp; Gas Industry</li>
<li>10 years in a project management role.</li>
<li>20 years total post graduation experience</li>
<li>10 years post graduation experience in oil and gas projects</li>
<li>5 years&
39; experience in the Middle East</li>
</ul>
