<b><b>Job Duties and Qualifications</b></b><br />
Under general supervision, assists in post-well evaluation of product performance, product application recommendations, and development of product performance optimization solutions. Provides technical and operational assistance to both external and internal customers to deliver effective technical solutions. Assists with developing and managing required product designs for an assigned area. Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning. Learns product design theory and how to use technical software tools to perform their work. Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, or Business related discipline and a minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.<br />
