Responsibilities • Follow up with 3PLs on a daily basis to review performance, discuss open topics and consider actions for improvements. • Inventory & stock control for 3PL for Snacks & Beverages (Greece) • Weekly stock reconciliation between 3PL DCs and PEP • Overseeing the movement of goods from third-party providers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. • Communicating with third-party providers (warehouses, transporters, freight forwarders) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. • Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement, providing reports on performance metrics, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. • Addressing any issues related to logistics, including delays, inventory discrepancies, or damage during transit. • Monitoring pallets management (location-quantity-reusage-rental cost monitoring) • Introduction of new SKUs, procedures and projects • KPIs Reporting Qualifications • 3-5 years in warehouse operations, preferable in international environment • Knowledge of SAP to be considered as strong asset • PC literaty • Excellent English • MS office (Excel knowledge is mandatory) • KPI’s understanding
