The Corporate Fleet Sales Administrator coordinates assigned activities for Sales Representatives of New or Used Vehicle Sales. Prepares sales administrative paperwork using CRM and SAP systems. Responsibilities: Responsible for receipt, processing and posting of customer payments utilizing various methods, to include, but not limited to, claiming wires or check remote capture. Manages and administers all internal and external purchase orders. Directs sales, archive sales packets, booking of truck sales, and report sales rep commissions. Perform reconciliation of inventory schedules, and processing sales adjustments. Performs MCO’s, titles for all sales, and dealer inventory transfers. Reviews bank flooring statements, processes statements, and submits bank floor requests with floor plan provider. Performs reconciliation of inventory schedules, and processing sales adjustments. Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). A minimum of three months’ of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Abilities Required: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to provide assistance during various annual audits. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Mastery of Microsoft Office, with skills using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint presentations. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills required.
