Responsibilities Direct the daily operations of the department(s). Responsibilities: Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary Actions and continuing education initiatives. Develop departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Direct special projects and business analyses. Develop short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
