<b>Job Title: Well Services Wellsite Leader<br> <br> Department/Function: </b>Wells / Well Services<br> <br> <b>Location/Rotation: </b>14/14 Rotation<br> <br> <b>Key Accountabilities: </b><ul><li>Active leadership on the well site.</li><li>Support WS Superintendents around managing the service providers through audit, verification and inspection promoting good HSE & oil field practices</li><li>Ensure safe and efficient operations on the well site, and ensure compliance with all Safety, Operational and/or technical policies, standards & procedures.</li><li>Support and engage in post job meetings and help develop after action review/lessons learned to enable continuous improvements (as and when required.</li><li>Provide regular detailed feedback on performance of WS contractors highlighting areas of improvement/support required.</li><li>Attendance and participation in WS meetings and reviews (as and when required).</li><li>Maintain close working relationship with all contractors at the well site</li><li>Ensure that all operations follow/observe the Site Safety Management System</li><li>Provide daily reports detailing operations from assigned locations</li></ul>  <b>Criteria & Qualifications:</b><br>  <ul><li>3 Years experience of working as a senior field engineer or equivalent position.</li><li>Educated to Bachelor of Science (Physics / Chemistry) or Science in Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Good communication and coaching skills.</li><li>Strong English language skills.</li><li>Strong team player.</li><li>Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas.</li><li>Flexible approach to work.</li><li>Lead by example</li></ul><br>If this opportunity matches your skills or if you have anyone looking for new opportunity having the mentioned skills please do share & refer the Resumes on [email protected]<br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Chemicals, Construction &amp; Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and&nbsp;Manufacturing&nbsp;sectors worldwide.
