39;s degree in Marine/Shipping or 1st Class Marine Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner/Chief Engineer) OR National Graduate with university degree in Navigational, Sciences or Business Administration.<br />

<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; 8 years related experience in marine vetting, marine operations, marine terminals, emergency response drill development and coordination or risk management. &bull; Good Knowledge with the process of risk identification, mitigation, and management. &bull; Ability to review/develop reports, presentations, policies, and procedure. &bull; Good Knowledge of LNG shipping industry bodies, National and International maritime and shipping regulations.<br />
